Wild Nourish is a luxury retreat, nestled in the foothills of Mt Buller where guests are invited to immerse into self-care and give back to themselves. Designed as a nourishing space for you to connect within, away from your stresses, to-do lists and obligations, you will be guided through movement, connection to the wild and intuitive nutrition practices to help you move towards your individual wellness goals.

We all want to feel nourished. But it can be hard to know where to start, if in all the stress and chaos of life you don’t know what makes you feel good anymore. And that’s how Wild Nourish Retreat can help. We offer a place and a program designed to support you on your own health journey. A place to help you disconnect from the noise, connect back to your body, mind, and the wilds of nature, and listen instinctively to what you need. 

Nourishment is about more than what we eat - Wild Nourish Retreat has a holistic approach through:

- Embracing movement of thought and feelings through yoga and conscious dance,

- Grounding of self through the wilds of nature, 

- Consuming wholesome seasonal food and learning traditional nutrition practices to help you absorb, digest and thrive, and 

- Connection and support in a calm environment, for 8 women to practice what they need for their own health journey.

Nutrition & Nourishment

Our busy lives have normalised quick health fixes, diet dogma and that one magic pill solution to make you feel more energised and lift your mood. We understand the feeling of confusion around food and eating habits and aim to provide you with real tools and knowledge you can take home and apply. With a focus on enhancing nutrition, energy and mood in a modern world through traditional food practices and eating habits, the Wild Nourish Retreat approach provides nourishing organic food throughout the weekend, a nutrition talk on intuitive eating in a disconnected world, and a follow-up consult to measure your nutritional intake. We help you get in touch with how food makes you feel and what you intuitively need for nourishment according to your own individual needs and lifestyle.

I believe balance can be restored by identifying your individual nutritional needs and improving the internal flow of absorption and digestion. My hope is that you leave feeling grounded and connected to what nourishes you best

Energetic Movement

Movement is vital for our health, yet our lives and commitments can mean we’re rushing around more than we are moving around. Wild Nourish provides a space where you are encouraged to move at your own pace, in a way that feels good to your individual body, mind and soul. You will be guided through 2 yoga practices, often used as a way to move thoughts and feelings and strengthen your body mind connection, and a joyful conscious dance session designed to enhance creativity and connection to self. We have also included a digestive workshop focused on restorative poses to support the flow of absorption, digestion and elimination, with the whole program aimed at moving through stagnant feelings and leaving you calm and rejuvenated.

Wild Connection

Within the stunning bush setting at the base of Mount Buller, Wild Nourish Retreat offers you the time and the space to connect with nature. The health of our body, mind, and soul can be enhanced through our natural surroundings in the wild, and we provide an environment where you can immerse yourself within the healing elements. Our guided bushwalk along the banks of the Delatite River gives you a chance to connect to nature amongst a tranquil ecosystem, and you will be invited to take an invigorating dip in the river itself. Our barefoot bushwalk provides guests with a quite opportunity to enrich the senses and connect with the earths energy to help revitalise and restore connection within.
